Shipping policy

At Kairu Coffee, we understand that receiving your coffee in a timely and safe manner is important to you. We have established the following policies to ensure that our shipping process meets your expectations.

1. Shipping Methods: We ship all orders via USPS. Our standard shipping method is economy, which typically takes 5-8 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping options are also available at an additional cost.

2. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed after 12PM will be processed on the following business day.

3. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. You can view the shipping rates for your order at checkout.

4. Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship within the United States. We cannot ship to international addresses.

5. Delivery Issues: If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. However, we will do our best to work with the shipping carrier to resolve any issues.
