Introducing our exquisite Light Roasted Coffee from the Sidamo region in Ethiopia, a true sensory delight for coffee enthusiasts. Crafted with precision, this coffee is a testament to the rich Ethiopian coffee heritage, celebrated for its unique flavor profile.

With every sip, you'll be transported to the lush landscapes of Sidamo, where the coffee cherries are grown at high altitudes, ripening slowly to develop their exceptional character. We have carefully nurtured these beans to a light roast, preserving their inherent qualities.

This Sidamo coffee offers a delightful symphony of flavors. The prominent notes of succulent blueberries and deep, rich cacao create a harmonious blend, making each cup a delightful experience. Complementing these flavors are the gentle hints of citrus, which add a refreshing zing to the overall taste profile.

Experience the allure of Sidamo, Ethiopia in every cup, where tradition and innovation meet to create an unforgettable coffee journey. Blueberry Coffee!

This is the first time I have had coffee beans where the fruity flavor comes through both without any creamer/sweetener, AND with! We first tried it at a farmer's market in Seattle while visiting and bought a bag immediately after tasting it. I have since had it delivered to our home in Oregon. I have used creamers to get a "blueberry pie" or "chocolate covered blueberry" experience. I brew with an Aeropress and follow the recommended brew time of a minimum of 3 minutes. Usually I do a 2 minute brew and the blueberry doesn't come through as much as I want it to without that extra minute. This is an incredible product and makes me want to share with all my friends who drink black coffee!
