My favorite coffee in Seattle

I love all the Kairu roasts, but the honduras kicker is my favorite. Great bright notes, well rounded. it is well worth a trip to the Capitol Hill farmers market in the rain. One of the best parts is that the beans are always super fresh. Usually, they have been roasted just 1 or 2 days before I buy them.
