Amazing locally roasted beans

I was so happy to find Kairu coffee at the Capitol Hill farmer's market. I have been able to get really freshly roasted beans, small batch, several times. Every time, the flavor is so incredible that I am depressed when I run out. Usually I drink other local roasters (herkimer, street bean), and they are generally great. But they cannot compare to Kairu. THe Ethiopia Shredder is great (my favorite is the Honduras, but you cannot go wrong).
